1.1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) regulate the legal relationship between Justiana Boutique and the customer in relation to the online shop.

Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, the shipping costs listed under “Delivery and shipping costs” apply. Delivery usually takes place within one to six working days in Switzerland and is delivered to the address specified by the customer. If the ordered product or part of an order is not in stock, the customer will be contacted by Justina Boutique.

Orders with good credit can be paid by invoice, payable within ten days. After this period, a reminder fee of CHF 10.00 can be charged, for the second reminder a fee of CHF 20.00. may cancel an order or only ship against prepayment if the customer is not creditworthy or has one or more outstanding invoices from Justiana Boutique. VAT is included in all prices shown on the website.

The buyer undertakes to carry out the order in accordance with the conditions indicated on the website. Any error in an order must be reported to Justiana Boutique immediately.

If the delivered goods are defective or if the delivery is delayed by more than two weeks without the customer being informed beforehand, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. Goods must be returned to Justiana Boutique; the customer bears the costs of the return.

All offers and prices on the website are non-binding and without guarantee. Errors or changes to the goods and prices are reserved.

All products sold by Justiana Boutique are subject to the strictest controls by the respective manufacturer. For this reason, the respective manufacturer is solely responsible for the quality of his products. By placing your order you confirm that Justina Boutique cannot be sued for any claim or complication.
